Ingredients:

  • 150ml Low-fat milk / Oats milk / Coconut milk / Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Oats flakes
  • 2 tsp Zip mix
  • 1 tsp Mishri
  • 2 chopped Almonds
  • 5 Pistachios
  • Seasonal fresh fruits (optional)

Recipe:

  • Take one big bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  • Mix well and keep it overnight in the freezer.
  • The next morning, consume it as breakfast. You can also add seasonal fresh fruits before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tbsp Zip mix
  • 100ml Low-fat milk or plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp Honey or Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Sweet or plain low-fat curd
  • 1/4 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup Seasonal fruits (As per your choice)

Recipe:

  • Take one big bowl, put 1.5 tbsp Zip mix seeds, and add 100ml low-fat milk or plant-based milk.
  • Add 2 tsp honey or maple syrup and coconut flakes. Mix well, cover it, and put it overnight in the freezer.
  • The next morning, you will see a thick consistency with well-soaked Zip mix seeds.
  • Take a glass or a small bowl, spread a small amount of seasonal fruit, pour half a portion of curd on it, pour soaked Zip mix seeds, and then again pour the rest of the curd.
  • Garnish with the rest of the seasonal fruits or mix dry fruits.
  • Serve it cold.
