Ingredients:

  • 100g Power pack mixture
  • 1 tablespoon Curd
  • 150ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp ENO or baking soda
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Ginger-Chilli paste (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Mixture of grated Bottle gourd, Carrot, and Raw Banana

Recipe:

  • Prepare a vessel for making Dhokla.
  • Mix all ingredients (except ENO) and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, turn on the flame and place the vessel on slow heat. Open the lid of the mixture.
  • Add ENO, mix quickly, and pour the mixture into the Dhokla thali.
  • Place the thali in a preheated vessel, cover it with a lid, and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, open the lid, cool for 5 minutes, cut into pieces, and serve with oil or green chutney.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Power pack mixture
  • 50ml Water
  • 2 tablespoons Grated or finely chopped vegetables (Cabbage, Spinach, Capsicum, Spring Onion, Green Coriander)
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • Ginger-green chili paste (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Recipe:

  • Mix all ingredients (except water).
  • Mix well with water, make a dough similar to roti dough, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, make parathas and cook on a nonstick tava.
  • Serve with curd and green chutney.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2-3 medium-sized finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Green onion and Coriander leaves
  • Ginger-chilli paste (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Water (as needed)

Recipe:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add a small amount of water.
  • Mix well with a hand mixer or hand grinder until you achieve a consistency like idli batter.
  • Preheat a nonstick pan and make tomato omelette.
