Ingredients:

  • 100g Mix millets
  • 50g Green moong dal
  • 1 tsp Cow Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli-Ginger paste
  • 250 ml Water
  • Spices: Small piece of cinnamon, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 black pepper, 1 tamalpatra (bay leaf)
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Fine-chopped tomato

Recipe:

  • Take a cooker, put it on medium flame, pour ghee, add all the spices, and curry leaves.
  • Add Mix millets and green moong dal, roast for 30 seconds.
  • Add peas and tomato.
  • Turn off the stove, add water, and let it soak for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, turn on the stove and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Consume it with a bowl of curd.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Mix millets
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Oil or Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 200g Finely chopped mixed vegetables (peas, tomatoes, coloured capsicum, onion, broccoli)
  • Salt (to taste)

Recipe:

  • Soak Mix millets for 20 minutes, then cook it in a cooker.
  • Take a vessel, put it on a slow flame, pour oil, add cumin seeds.
  • Add finely chopped mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add a small amount of water, cover the vessel, and let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add cooked Mix millets, salt, spices, and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml Homemade Curd
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 50g Peanuts
  • 50g Roasted black channa without husk
  • 20g Urad dal
  • 2 Finely chopped green chillies
  • Curry leaves, Coriander leaves
  • Salt (to taste)

Recipe:

  • Soak Mix millets for 20 minutes, then cook it in a cooker.
  • Let the cooked Mix millets cool for 30 minutes.
  • Add curd and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Take a small vessel, put it on medium flame, pour ghee, add cumin seeds, urad dal, peanuts, channa, curry leaves, and green chillies.
  • Roast for a few seconds, then add it to the Curd millets and mix well.
  • Now, Curd Mix Millets are ready to eat. Consume it after cooling it in the fridge.
